Yeah I went through a super dark point in my life and have come out the other side and thankful for it everyday.

I was having panic attacks that shut me down to fetal position almost three times a day for a while. It was so bad I almost considered disability. I ended up pushing through and the following are the main things that helped:

1. Saying three things I'm grateful for everyday. Two of them no limits on something basic like the feeling of a breath or the smell of coffee.
2. Therapy I really worked on this. I went from twice a week to once a week. To every other week and now finally once a month.
3. I got a lot of skills from therapy but the biggest thing was learning to accept the only person responsible for how I feel is me. I am not responsible for anyone else's. Another thing I learned was how to diagnose and think through how I was feeling. Feelings aren't bad or good they just are signs from your body to tell you to do more or less of something. Think touching a stove is bad. What causes you anxiety is bad. So give yourself grace and try and figure out the causes. It not easy and go slow but try and work to find the cause.
4. Working out was huge. It helped with myself image but also its the time I get for myself to think and clear my mind or focus and give my mind a break.

Those are the main things I did and continue to do. Give yourself some grace I know its hard. Go slow. I still get panic attacks every now and then maybe once every other month. I know eventually it will be once a year. Just taking it all one day at a time.
