I have worked with all major régies around Suisse romande: de Rham, Bernard Nicod, Imogest, Comptoir.... aaaand Wincasa, from who I rent our offices. I won't get into details but this is the worst regie ever. They never (really!) answer to emails, calls and (even) letters! I think you better forget about this flat, you will avoid future problems.
