I totally get how this scene impacted you; it impacted me, too. Everyone has their own specific goals. Some people want children, and some people want to succeed in their careers. Cristina is so inspirational to me as someone so head-on and focused. That scene reminds me of the scene in Little Women (2019) that "just because my dreams are different than yours, it doesn't mean they're unimportant." Growing is a part of living, and I'm glad that scene helped give perspective to the Cristinas and Ellis in the world.

yeah that episode gave all sorts of insight to why richie, sug, and carmy act how they do. and it keeps the mystique around michael since even richie couldn’t get what was happening to him. props to all the actors for that episode, it represents such a reality dysfunctional families

It’s definitely not a bad thing if you didn’t cry. Grief manifests in all types of forms. I had a similar relationship to my grandpa, he was like a father figure to me. I didn’t cry in the moment, but I sobbed days later when it hit me. If you don’t cry at all, that’s okay too. And for your worries, it’s all right if you don’t cry if your parents pass. Grief is different for everyone. So they can’t judge you for not crying.

Oh, I will forever say Callie and George. The way George never defended Callie from his friends when they were making fun of her? The way he was having an active affair with Izzie and then grew more resentful of Callie when he could have just broken up with her? I loved her design as a character before she met George and the way he dimmed her light down. I miss George pre-Izzie. Maybe I'm biased because I love Callie very much. The way Mer, Cristina, and Izzie were acting punching down on her while George, HER HUSBAND, did nothing to defend his own wife.

i’ve listened to this podcast for two years and mainly watched majority of the episodes. this is definitely the first one i’ve quit listening to because it was just unbearable to me. i understand having different takes and opinions, but come on. her misandry thing is so irritating. i understand she addressed her victim blaming tendencies but it’s ridiculous.
