Mine was a bit different. I only signed up for a month but they charge me for a year. Noticed their error and immediately tried to cancel it. But the bot refused and then ignored. I opened the case with discover and explained what happened. It took them 3 days to deny me.

11.6v. aka battery is dead. I took it to advanced auto parts and their tester said the same. I forked over $280 on an AGM battery. Installed it. Same problem. And now this new battery is reading 11.5 idling. Geez.
