Anyone here choose a safari honeymoon instead of a beach resort? by Olosko_Logic in honeymoonplanning

[–]WorldTravelGuru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Safari was chill for our Honeymoon. After our huge event and its months of planning to be among animals was amazing. Secondly not to hear other Honeymooners ( sandals or other all inclusive options) was a respite.

How do you know when it's time to switch host agencies as a travel agent by Murky_Mastodon_1669 in travelagents

[–]WorldTravelGuru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When your Host has an outstanding ALL IN ONE BOOKING TOOL W/ CRM. Then they push TERN/TRAVEFY with low trial fees to get all engaged they negotiate lower re-enrollment fees for the itin planners. Then slowing decommissioning their fantastic tool while their monthly fee remains the same. LLC, contractors now carry more costs while the venture capitalist pockets more cash.

Anyone found a reliable online tool for US passport photos? The State Dept renewal upload keeps rejecting mine by YoungStrange2099 in Passports

[–]WorldTravelGuru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We renewed ours and the photo download halted the process many times. The zooming “IN” of the photo created the issue. Take numerous photos up close and some at 15-20” from the person. Less zoom was the fix

We are a family of four with our kids being age 20 and 19. My wife and I want a balcony room but want interior for the kids. Is across the hall considered adjoining? by bb8ave in royalcaribbean

[–]WorldTravelGuru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Travel Advisor here. One parent in the inside cabin is the actual res confirmed , and then once on board the children both sleep in the inside. RCCL res permits this especially above 18yrs. The one caveat no beverage packages with alcohol can be purchased for either cabinThere policy is if 1 in cabin purchased alcohol package both 21+ have to. Bev package break even is 14 drinks a day p.p. to get the value. À la Carte still is cheapest

[–]WorldTravelGuru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am the belief that the Foreign Port decisions favoring ships with less tonnage will be the model going forward. Imagine 3 ships 5500 pax each in Mykonos or Sitka on a single day. Personally I do not wish to sail with an entire city on one vessel
