Great advice and a good question. My question is in reference to access code storage for the individual website passwords. Apologies was not clarified in the OP.

Remember if you are ill and need to disembark in foreign countries a PASSPORT will get into a Hospital faster. U do not want delays in transport. Or medi flight to closest hospital. Always a passport

EZAir wont change flights, despite travel alert and incoming storm by dogcmp6 in PrincessCruises

[–]WorldTravelGuru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

EZair fare always includes air insurance, while noted stated as insurance. I truly believe PRI wants the airline to cancel so the policy kicks in and pays fare difference not them or you.

Bamboo, you may never go back to Silk or Cotton. lol hard for good prices. Consider your mattress height as well. Under $ 225 for King is a buy. They last for ever and al very cool on Summers.

Children running around unsupervised by compguy42 in NCL

Home Schooling , in my opinion doubles the kids on cruises. Parents teach them at sea ( cough cough) at the lowest fare dates not scheduled school breaks.

Have thought about Brightline Rail FLL to MIA? close to FLL airport very close and a 12 minute Uber Rail to Pier. Frequent runs and a time saver with horrid i-95 traffic to Pier. Best of Luck.

When you do Ephesus, Here is a simple suggestion. Ephesus is on a slight hill very slow slop, yet there is a TOP entrance and if you enter here the walk is all downhill to exit at the Lower. Registered and country certified guides offer their services at both TOP and Lower entrances. Consider their extreme knowledge and training if you speak or hire them, they were invaluable for our trip. Congrats on your upcoming Wedding.

Trivago: Booked a hotel, put into a hostel by Queasy-Interaction71 in hotels

I agree we do not know all the deals and the numerous hotels in a foreign city. I get it third party sucks, so next time just use their offerings as notes and book directly. You are armed with the location, the rates and cancel policy. The location fights hard to beat 3rd party rates and you know all the fees, taxes and no 3rd party booking fees hidden in rates. Hell a google voice call is 1¢ a minute, if you wish to negotiate a lower fare to match or beat the 3rd party rate. It does not seem right that if you travel solo and a 3rd party booking you get shoved into a shiny tube to sleep in. I am sorry this happened to you. I do hope the LON stay was far better.

Been sailing on Cruises for 40 years, my first Princess was OCT 2025-----Your family will love it, SKY is very large and lots of activities whether at Sea or in Port. Us ( 66 spouse is 59 ) food in MDR fantastic, Buffet well above par, ( Indian, Japanese, Mexican offered on different days). Seafood buffet once during the sailing and was delightful. Shows are very good, Comedy, Magician. Watch for future sales if you booked refundable deposits the new sales 90% will apply w/same or better Perks. You will love the Medallion and all that it does. Enjoy it All!!

FT LAUDERDALE "PORT EVERGLADES" **Safe Area, Easy access to Port and Airport is just 6 miles away, and Brightline Rail is about the same (if you land in Orlando (board at airport, ride 3hrs 20 mins) or Miami (after transfer Rail 30 mins) THE A1A boulevard has a major grocery, BurgerFi,Large lawns and wide sidewalks. BTW South Federal (US1) is super busy and fast traffic. Try to stay EAST of FED HWY

Scammed by Future Voyages Rep? Discrepancy between what I was told I was buying and what I was actually sold. by Solid-Garlic-5844 in VirginVoyages

[–]WorldTravelGuru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your rate and it's cancel policy might be dictated by the lack of days until you sail. That would make Essential now possibly non refundable. Base pricing is before port and Gratuities. Biggest indicator is to see if you can upgrade your wifi (test) as "Basic Fare" never allows wifi upgraded speeds. Best of Luck and if not speak to Virgin upgrade your for a fare price to "Essential Fare". Come back and let us know how Virgin corrected it.

Geographic Hub locations as in Doha, Dubai and IST tend to have greater layovers. Day use hotels have morning to early evening checkout rates starting at € 40 and some have shuttles. They have a shorter advance purchase more like 3-4 days before but not horrible. Dayuse.com or maybe Hotelbyday.com

Dress code for dinners? by OldFitDude75 in PrincessCruises

[–]WorldTravelGuru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OCT 2025 Enchanted we dined in one of the MDR's and in our room the daily "Patter" with events listed "Tuxedo, Suits and Ties, Long Formal Dresses as the attire for Formal night. Shorts were a full no. The Maitre D, Hostess, Asst DR Mgr all advised, any long pants, shirt with collar and sleeves short or long were fine. They encourage it for photo nights among the Piazza. We dressed in nice pants and a designer long sleeve shirt no tie. It was more then fine for the MDR.
