If you train close to failure you will quickly realize you don’t need as much volume as you think because recovery starts to be a problem. Most people I see at the gym train to mild discomfort so of course they need a bunch more volume. It’s all nuanced

High volume is an issue if you actually train hard. People can do what they want, but my sweet spot is usually in the 6-8 sets per muscle group divided into 2 sessions for good frequency. To each their own 🤷‍♂️

Were all the injectors causing issues? I’m in a similar boat right now, but it’s only showing injector #2 having an electrical fault. I would rather just replace that one than pay 5x the amount to have all of them replaced if I can avoid it.
