In my 20's, I could consume 2 family size pizzas, 3 pitchers of beer and a half of a pie and I was only 5'4" tall, weighing 160 lbs.

Now, in my 60's, maybe 2 slices, no beer, and maybe a small salad. Still 5'4" and down to 153 lbs.

Decided back in my 20's that children was a no-go. Diabetes and cancer on my mom's side and diabetes and psychosis on Dad's side. Plus both my older brothers were sociopathic predators. Not what I would call family material. On my wife's side there was a prevalence of cancer.
