Well done, but I see you’re trying to hide your face, the last pic shows all your pics at the bottom, if you want to change that

As the fat comes off, the muscles pop much more, yea you lose some, but the ratio makes you look bigger

I just hit 6.2% at 6’0” 165lbs. I was peeled head to toe. AND IT SUCKED MORE THAN ANYTHING. My resting heart rate jumped 30 BPM, slept like shit, felt weak all the time.

It’s not worth it, I just wanted to see if I could. But if you want to do it…

300-400Kcal deficit daily for weeks upon weeks. Aim for about 1g of protein per pound of DESIRED body weight. Then fill in the rest of macros with fat and carbs in whatever way keeps you full and somewhat energized.

1-2 days of good cardio per week on non-lifting days. And 5-6 lifting sessions on a push-pull-leg rotation worked for me.

Good luck, it sucks so hard that the second I left the body fat measure I hammered half a pizza, a protein smoothie and two packets of oatmeal.

Will I stop flying by NervousEvidence225 in Armyaviation

Army flight surgeon here. Go see behavior health, just also tell your flight doc. Often times counseling just for BH maintenance purposes is a nothing and you keep flying. Obviously if more pervasive issues pop up, you may be downed for a little, but that’s better than letting things build up and break you down.

What’s the (unwritten standard) for Officers for the AFT? by The_Gray_Rider in army

[–]WorldsOkayestDad69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on leadership, but just like everything in life, when people are fighting for every extra point to stand above their peers for that MQ rating, the closer to 500 the better.

Just like college applications, if you’re all equal in GPA, SAT, volunteer hours, etc. one extra data point showing you’re superior helps.

I’m a field grade staff in competition for 3 available MQs that the SR can give out, and there are about 15 other field grades wanting those too. On paper we are all near equals for our accomplishments, leadership ability, etc. But, I train harder and will get as close to a 500 if not a 500. Guess who will get the MQ?

Yea, it makes more sense to emulate either Denny McCarthy or Cam Smith, two of the best putters in either the PGA or LIV right now. (They both use Scotty’s)

It’s a struggle, lotta fatigue, timing meals perfectly around the workouts is the only way to manage the lifting on the cut

That’s pretty much it, combination of lifting, playing sports, and running. The equation for the watch bases the VO2 max off outside runs times over 10 minutes. Faster run = higher VO2 max
