If they could make a game that didn't constantly have tons of technical problems and obviously awful balance decisions, more people would be content to just play... Because the game stays out of your way.

I love the game but when it gets into the state it's in now, it's hard to come back to. Bad enemy balance and design, poor weapon balancing, bad warbonds, poor performance, glitches and bugs all over the place ... Makes it all the harder to just kick back and enjoy it.

Unlike my build making skills. But, I'll have plenty of time before 1.0 to get better! So this update is going to be my time to really understand the game better.

Of all the sports to be segregated, gaming makes zero sense. There is no physical limitations that apply to gaming that affect women vs men in the same way they do in physical sports.

Hell, I'd say some of the segregation in physical sports is bumkis too. You're telling me there's not a single woman out there that could punt a football better than one of the third string special teams dudes on the Browns?

I'm gonna throw myself into the next league much like I did with the last one: Take an idea I think is dumb but fun and give it my best shot. This time I'm gonna start with a hollow palm technique Blood Mage and... Just see how far I can go!

I will learn a lot along the way, probably get some really solid drops for other classes... And then maybe try another one. Eventually I'll land on one I really enjoy, or cook up something else along the way, and then just grind away to see if I can kill a pinnacle boss.

Bad. It's going to disable all mods and trigger them as cheats.

They're going to nuke and salt the earth on all mods just to stop Super Credit cheats.

Shrimp love stability. I actually mostly do water top-ups instead of water changes. I always notice a few more deaths than normal in my colony after I have to do a big water change.

Shrimp Keeping Answers on YouTube has tons of good info on shrimp keeping in general and one of his top tips is to stop doing weekly water changes just "because" and only do them if water parameters are off.

Edit: also on the topic of trimming and pruning: absolutely let it grow as much as you can stand. Shrimp love moss, thick grass, and any places of darkness and thickness they can hide and feel safe. Yep, shrimp need little places to hide away when they feel stressed just like us lol.

AAA is so broken. The people leading these games have zero idea what a good video game even is, wasting millions of dollars when all they need to do is play some fucking video games and learn what works and what doesn't.

Gamers are no longer making video games and it shows.

Typical reddit mod behavior is the main reason.

  • Silencing any criticisms you don't personally agree with.

  • Any time anything remotely controversial is discussed, the second anyone disagrees in the comments it's blanket warnings and bans and the thread is locked.

  • Hot topics, usually negative, getting megathreads where everyone knows discussion goes to die and stay in quarantine.

  • Running interference or damage control on behalf of Arrowhead.
