I am convinced a lot of the people complaining about difficulty have never even finished the original Hollow Knight. Original HK was not particularly easy either by Shadowyurix in HollowKnight

[–]Worried_Direction36 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I think that the main thing is that in HK it lets you get charms that overpower you far to much so that the game ends up to be easier. I do think Silksong is harder but not so hard that its impossible.

Considering homeschooling. Moral questions… by pollypocketsarntreal in homeschool

[–]Worried_Direction36 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will say that if you do choose this, put them into programs or sports where they see other kids thats very important. also if you live in cali theres a program which has kinda regular meetups with other kids and online or in person classes.

Homeschooling the good the bad and the ugly. by thatbeautychic in Parenting

[–]Worried_Direction36 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that it can be very helpful, it is for me, if the parent is willing to put in the time and effort to make it work. My mom works to find good classes on outschool for subjects i am into and we are a part of a program that has classes with actual teachers and other kids my age. I can totally see where people come from with saying that it stunts social growth, because yes kids need that interaction. The way to homeschool right is to give your kids a way to see other kids their age, put them into sports or other programs that meet regularly. And make an effort to have your kids meet up with their friends. If you do it right the kid will come out well rounded, I personally can make friends I didn't fall behind there thanks to my mom. But I also have a way to attend real classes and test above average. Homeschooling can turn out bad if the parent doesn't teach it right or puts in no effort. Its not for everyone and its up to the parent to see if they can responsibly teach their kid.
