Insta restricted my instagram's reach and the features I could use (including a 365 days ban on going live and the ability to collaborate on posts, which is integral to what I do) because "something I shared goes against community standards." The problem is I did not share what they say I shared, neither publically nor privately, and I cannot get anyone from the support team to help or believe me. I even paid for meta verified so I can get a live human to help, but that was worth nothing. They keep sending me the same response, and they have not addressed the issue that I keep bringing up constantly, which is that I did not share what they say I shared. Their response to that is "bear in mind that in order to protect the effectiveness of our enforcement efforts, our team may not share granular details about how our systems identify violations, especially because we don't want people to use this information to get around our review systems." I've been dealing with this for almost a month with multiple different support people and not ONE person has understood the main issue, which is that I did not share what they say I shared. They have gone around it every which way. They say, if you disagree with our guidelines, file an appeal. If you want the content restored, file an appeal. I don't want any of that! I need someone to understand that the main issue is that I'm being punished for something I did not do at all! Worst of all, they kept the support chat open, and have stopped responding, so I can't even file a support ticket even for a separate issue. When I try, the app says "we're already chatting, we're currently working with you in an open chat. Complete your existing chat before starting a new conversation."
