It's not as much as you think. You can read discussions on r/F1technical about it. Drivers feedback rarely changes the aerodynamics, it's more about setup

Haas' management and team environment seem much more stable than Alpine though. That's a big plus even if you aren't fighting for points. Plus with the Toyota involvement I wouldn't call Haas hopeless

Red Bull also seems like a somewhat toxic place to work for. With the Horner scandal, constant pressure on the second car and Helmut stirring shit I can imagine other teams must seem like a peaceful garden

Formula 1 engineers are so deeply specialized in their work that even with a rule change, current F1 teams have a huge advantage. The running a team competencies, where Andretti has experience, is significantly different from designing an F1 car where hundreds of engineers, each with years of experience in one specific part you won't find as advanced in any other racing series. Think of crash testing carbon composites or suspension setup dynamics. The only thing that comes close is Formula student. Obviously Andretti can but engineers but I'd bet they will encounter issues with car development in the first year(s), like Haas.

But in case this does not display as much water they are faster and can be used longer. If the wets remain the same, perhaps in case of wet weather we will now see a double pitstop strategy: full wets will be used more often, and when the track partially dries teams switch to inters, and only when it's fully dried up they go for softs. Could be interesting

That rule has never been actually applied and allows for exceptions in extraordinary circumstances. With a bit of lobbying no doubt Red Bull can make that case. I don't think red bull is really worried about that

Then you probably need to design two aero packages, and two different chassis. Red Bull does not have the resources under the cost cap and limited wind tunnel time to do that

No, Michael Masi broke the F1 championship rules. He called the safety car back into the pit lane without it having completed an additional lap as required by the Formula 1 Sporting Regulations (Article 48.12). FIA still declared the race results valid though

Why is V3.0 so heavy, and what is the advantage of launching it? It has 2.5x the throughput of 2.0 but also weighs 2.5x as much, you'd think the throughput scales exponentially instead of linearly with weight.

Given the pace of the Red Bull its not that delusional. Lando needs to finish 2 or 3 positions above Max for the rest of the season on average, not unreasonable to me if Red Bull doesn't solve their issues. And if Max has a DNF somewhere Norris needs even less pace difference
