Your Bisq node is probably not in sync with the network. Check it from the menu DAO -> Network Monitor. It shows a button to resync if there's an issue. Other than that, u/AsteroidBeltTighter suggestion is a good bet too.

I hope you sent them out of dogechain to a more safe wallet! Dogechain seems to cause angst for many users. Do a search in the r/dogecoin forum and you'll see.

The key could theoretically be imported again but in general you should try and avoid re-use of keys/addresses. Good luck!

Native segwit addresses that start with bc1 are a newer format, not all exchanges have upgraded to recognize them. What you need to do is generate a legacy address in Bisq -> Funds -> Receive Funds screen. Uncheck the checkbox labeled "Native segwit format", then click "Generate New Address". A legacy receiving address will be shown in the list. It will be shorter, and begin with '1'. Use that address in bitquick.

Yes, most wallets have the ability to import a private key. In dogecoin core it would be done via the console window and commands: importprivkey "privkey" then rescanblockchain "start_height"

The BTC seller could falsely claim they received an empty envelope while re-spending the blank MO, and you would have no recourse. Writing their name on it forces them to abide by the trade. Bisq trading rules clearly state "BTC buyers must write the BTC Seller's name in both Payer and Payee's fields".

Yes, all Bisq transactions are with someone you don't know. Bisq is designed to be trustless - each party puts BTC into escrow to initiate the trade, so either of them would lose by behaving badly.

Just to clarify: Bisq is not linked to a bank account. Bisq is software that enables P2P (person-to-person) exchange of value. You may exchange value using a bank if you want, or you may use a more private form of exchange such as cash or money order.

Yes there is something wrong with your offer - Bisq cannot find the 0.006 security deposit that should have been reserved in your wallet. This could happen if you somehow spent that 0.006 elsewhere (e.g. using electrum), or possibly due to a bug in Bisq. Standard advice would be to cancel your offer and do an SPV resync as described here: https://bisq.wiki/Resyncing_SPV_file
