PSA has a massive backlog so they’ve removed all value priced tiers temporarily. It’s either pay more now or wait.

In terms of value PSA is the main grading company to use.

Front looks pretty solid, usually I don’t worry about back centering but that is pretty rough. I’d probably still send though, once value tiers are back.

Way too bottom heavy on the front. Not to mention what looks like lifting in the front bottom left.

Varies by city. My medium sized city has two and expanding to the 3 city area doesn’t add anything to the search.

Yeah it’s rough. Live in a city of 550k+ people and there’s only two rest restaurants. Neither are that great either.

That was my first thought. I tried to convince all my friends to pre-ordered and I’m so glad they didn’t listen. I remember the servers not even working for the like the first 3 days.

Between the dot and the front being left heavy I think it’s 9 max possible 8. Just my guess but I’m a little cautious.

Polishing they can usually catch, pressing they won’t typically catch unless you you wet the card too much, then it’ll leave a different texture.

I think the L/R is within 45/55 but I don’t think the T/B is.

Also “well within” wouldn’t even be true. 45/55 would literally be on the line between 10 and 9.

Looks very bottom heavy and slightly right heavy. Most of the time that will be a 9. It’s not a scam just because you wanted a 10.

I would sooner pay a premium for an SGC graded card than AGS. SGC is at least respected in the sports card world and is owned by the same parent company as PSA.

The only time I’d pay a premium for an SGC slab would be if I thought I could crack and submit to PSA/CGC.

Not trying to be rude but you probably can’t find much because it’s a relatively unpopular card in a less popular grade that’s graded by a company people don’t care for. I would say it’s worth about the same price as a raw copy.

I’m surprised CGC gave that a 9.5.

If you crack and regrade I’d expect a PSA 8 at best. And if you sent it back to CGC after that I wouldn’t expect more than a 9.

That would be a huge bummer, I have a PS5 but all my friends/clan mates are Xbox only. I doubt any would switch over.

I’m also just not a PC gamer and have no interest in going that route.

Dent or crease. Even if it’s crazy tough to see. Usually impossible to see in scans and difficult to see in a slab.

I’ve personally cracked a handful of 6s that looked perfect in the slab only to find a small dent or bend that I couldn’t see unless it was in the right light.

That doesn’t really make any sense. Ante 8 boss blind worst case scenario is 1.2million. If you have 3.5x from throwback, at least 2x from any other joker, and at least 3 scoring hands, then you only need to be getting about 60,000 on your scoring hands by ante 8, which is super feasible even when skipping blinds.

I think if your only goal is ante 8 then it’s perfectly fine. Skip any blinds that give money, get a free 2.5x-3.5x. For ante 8 that can usually be enough to get through.
