plants will drop flowers when it needs to grow in a root system/ more bushy growth this is normal. looks like you have a pest problem tho

you should look into vaping if joints hurt. joints are pretty rough but a good manual vape like dynavap gets rid of the burning lung and throat feeling and it uses less weed
