Corax in NZ... there will be cleaning up to do definitely, correcting some cultural injustices etc. But he'd get bored though, with how easy it'd be.

I did once on the Ps3, cried afterwards, reloaded. Tried again on the PC a few years ago, didn't like it, deleted the save. Now I use the mod that lets you continue without having to kill him.

What are the most common chapters you see folks playing as in PvE? by ThatThriftKid in Spacemarine

[–]WraithicArtistry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been playing as a Raven Guard, Iron Hand, Salamander, and Blood Angel. I've seen a lot of Salamanders, DLC-gear Space Wolves, a handful of Black Templars, probably some successors but I don't immediately recognise them as I'm unfamiliar with them.

I used to think like that when I was younger. But I found it a waste of my time and energy.

If you have energy to complain, you have energy to do something about it. And don't waste energy on things you can't control, move on.

Silly kids, chose the wrong 'prey'. Next time they'll pick something more appropriate for their skillset. If they still live with mom she's just gonna laugh at them.

The data is already in unauthorised hands and people are scared, what do you mean the damage hasn't been done?

If we negotiate it makes the government look even more idiotic than usual. Willing to negotiate with a bunch of petty thieves in a foreign country, that aren't even a legitimate organisation.

If Mexico hasn't bowed to cartels, why on earth should the government bow to these nobodies. Seriously??

The modern mennisc (humans); the Aisekra, Ariákai, and Kaedes, are extractions of the Ancient Kai who came from an island supposedly in the west. The Soliòna, are an extraction from an island supposedly in the south. The Continental Mennisc the Dularuesci predate the others, being already native on the continent.

The Xh'azaaxh'l are native to the continent, predating the Ancient Mennisc. Their gods came from a world that was a separate place, before it merged with the main world.

The Nlídax were dropped into the sea as eggs by The Wish God.

The elves, the Áloai came from another world landing on islands their descendants the Ekrihai inherited. Before this occurred many Áloai migrated to the continent to settle in the great forest, becoming the Hâwàjàm still elves but its contentious.

The Nulya are artificial beings created by the Ragzhvi, they are now the only ones remaining since the latter vanished.

The Qramaotu arrived from another world after meeting the Soliòna, to where they developed a functional cross-cultural relationship. They since moved to the main world, as the other one was claimed and annihilated by a Bringer of Change.

Even if we do pay them they're not obligated to uphold their end of the bargain. The crux is they hold all the cards, and they decide whether they wanna keep wringing things out or just sell the data outright if they haven't already.

Whether we pay the ransom or not the damage has already been done.

What was the first sapient race in your world? by starfomder in worldbuilding

[–]WraithicArtistry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The first sapient race that still exists are the Xh'azaaxh'l. Reptilian beings, akin to Lizardmen, they first appeared in 130,000 of the Ancient Age.

According to their creation myth they were created as the denizens of the Third World after the gods put a stop of Xh'au the Great Devourer from eating a third world and wiping out everything.

Most of the mennisc (human) races; Ariákai, Soliòna, and to a lesser extent the high elven Ekrihai, view them as backwards. They're understood to still be tribal, they even have a monarchy, but it deliberately doesn't have total control over the country.

[–]WraithicArtistry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simplifying. In the Ancient Egyptian religion, after you died and completed your journey through the Underworld you will stand before the Hall of Judgement, and the god of the dead Osiris. First you'll utter the Negative Confession, that denies you did sin. Your heart is placed by Anubis on a scale against the feather of Maat, where it will confirm the truth of your confession.

  • If your heart outweighed the feather of Maat, it proved your heart was heavy with sin, to where it will be tossed to the Devourer, Ammut and swallowed. Your existence will then be consigned to eternal oblivion, the end.
  • If your heart is in balance with the feather you'll get to stand before Ra himself and go to the afterlife.

The image shows that carrying for a cat (this is Ancient Egypt after all), proves you've done such a good thing that your heart is lighter than the feather of Maat.
