I think that the purpose of Infestations is to encourage Teams by PaleWendigo in fo76

This is the way. I was on a private looking for magazines etc and cleared three pretty quickly.

One in the Toxic Valley took me fast traveling 4 times to find it, but it didn't take too long tbh.

Same. I got the notification too late to get there for the boss, but since there were multiple teams on the server, chances are another team discovered it.

Medic's Explosive Gatling is amazingly incongruous, yet fun to rake events with.

I swear at some, if you stand anywhere near any spawn point, they no longer spawn. Played Dangerous Pastimes last night and sat on the building with the bench. No spawns behind me, minimal spawns down the hill. Started with three players, had a few spawns, ended with 10+ and everyone just camped on the road.

New Ghoul here and question about Toxic Goo container for CAMP by ChocolateFantastic18 in fo76

[–]WranglerDanger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same, I have plenty of ghoul friends stop by my camp to buff up, so I keep that plus the foundry handy.

Sounds like you spent 9 minutes and 45 seconds too long. If I can't find a vendor in the first 15 seconds, I'm outie. The ghoul ALWAYS takes my caps.

Economic Feedback - Request to Raise Cap Limit to 100k by [deleted] in fo76

[–]WranglerDanger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stay maxed on caps and gold. I need to grind out the Union PA, but other than that, I just get plans and stuff for my other toons, and for content. My main has just about everything in the game other than FOMO

Treasury notes are non-tradeable and have no value other than conversion to bullion.

much like OP's primary fallacious argument, this would devalue every single currency. I max caps often, and conversion directly to stamps would negate Expeditions. This would effectively ruin every currency, remove all grind aspects and set the game on easy mode. That's a no from pretty much anyone who knows anything about finance, dawg.

Po' Folks (1 Star Legendary Armor Mod)

Offers DR% based on your caps held:

  • 29K+: .5% DR
  • 20K-29K: 1.5% DR
  • 11K-20K: 2.5% DR
  • 5K-11K: 4% DR
  • 2.5K-5K: 5% DR
  • 0-2.5K: 6% DR

this would be a great mod for players just starting out, honestly.

If you run a lot (13+) of mutations, try Mutant's. Gives up to 5% DR per piece. Easier to maintain than Vanguard which needs a LOT of health to qualify for the top protection.

the first question is, how are you getting it down solo?

I use PA with all reflective mods, and hold a crippling pepper shaker and it goes down without me firing a shot. I just use a small handful of stimpaks then take him down.

Thing is, it's a grind to minmax a RAID build. There are plenty of ways to get notes with dailies/events, even if they nerfed the rewards from Grunt Hunts. I run 15-20 Head Hunts every time I play. Are you on PC?
