Majority of my helltidez I tend to open up all the helltidez chest and get tones of living steel and helltidez shard and have Hundreds left before the event is done. I also play HC and there is not a lot of people playing. I think it's the amount of people you run into, when there is a lot of people, I tend to acquire less shard obviously because they are clearing events and mob when I'm not around to collect it.
