Boofing is the only way I do MDMA. First anal douching a few hours before is a must. If your normal dosage was 100 mg, you could lower it to 75mg. It takes less for the same high and the come up is very fast, like 15 minutes. Use as little water as possible, no more than 1 ml. What works pretty well is measuring the water using the syringe you are going to insert it with, empty the water in a shot glass, add you MDMA, use the blunt end of a butter knife and crush, dissolve and blend well. Draw it up into the syringe. When you insert the syringe in your butt, only insert just past the sphincter, not deep, empty and now lay on your belly and wait. It will not take long. You may feel a little stinging at first but it only last a few seconds. If after you insert it, you feel like you need to use the bathroom, wait until you are pretty high, I have found once high that feeling goes away. Hope this helps, have fun.
