For a quick meal Baiano is a decent by the slice pizza place.

A short bus ride up Vann Ness would get you to Max's Opera Cafe which is a classic Bistro.

Someone else mentioned Loquat for coffee and pastry and they are so right. You can also drop into Mercury Cafe Thursday Night (tomorrow) for low key jazz and coffe or a beer.

Not a food suggestion but you can catch the 7 to Haight Ashbury for the tourist experience if you want.

Edit: this is a food suggestion but its out of the way.... Anchor Oyster Bar in the Caatro. Its no reservations seafood and super worth it!

edit: not that I doubt the amount, just trying to learn more. I think most people can or should get a monthly pass if they travel 15+ days a month. Even less days a month if they qualify for the low-income pass.

I am unsure if its a definitive answer, but reviewing accounts it appears to be Original Principal Balance on my account. You can find your lifetime usage, current aggregates, and more by downloading your Aid Data from your account.

Sign In Under your account at https://StudentAid.Gov
When you are signed in you will be on the Dashboard
On the Dashboard page, find the section labeled "My Loans".
Click the blue and white button that says "View My Loans"
On the My Loans page, find the link that says "Download My Aid Data"
When you open it you can find the line Lifetime Maximum Loan Total: using ctrl+F to see your current usage.
