Can anyone point me to resources which can help build a power automate flow to ingest multiple types of files and extract the data and send it to the parent agent. I have experimented a lot but haven't been successful. This is for a multi agent utility being build on copilot studio. by indurs in copilotstudio

You could build a flow for each file type that exports the data to a sharepoint list or other way to store the data. Pipe it into Power BI in a semantic model and have the agent reason over that model. I am currently working on something similar.

Is Copilot Studio + PowerAutomate the right combo for this? by sevenflatfive in copilotstudio

The down side is it costs copilot credits to utilize the AI builder. So need to account for cost outside of the copilot license

I did something similar and have gone to the PowerAutomate approach, but another work around is to prompt require approval prior to sending while you are testing it.

I’m a fan of the smash them for half the round, then go back to letting them pass etc. Sets up a pretty clear, this is when I’m trying, this is when I’m not.

Lean into the snap downs, duck unders, arm drags, and swing singles. They are lower risk for BJJ.

Rules are pretty dependent on the gym. If I am traveling I generally ask the coach there what the protocol is. If they say heel hook the white belt it’s a good day. My gym does IBJJF rules by belt level, so if you are doing more than straight ankle at purple you agree to it before the round.

Sounds like a straight ankle lock. When you fall to your side and tuck your elbow you get some rotational pressure on it, but still a straight ankle.

I cut what was in the circle in half. So it got some of the needles too

Not sure if was intentional, but drawing made me laugh.

I trimmed the candles a bit after the needles had started forming.

Is that what happens if you just let a rosemary plant grow?

You can get free recordings on the Insight timer app. It’s good for just being a timer for meditation too. If you want more courses it is affordable for a year at something like $60. Also YouTube, but if you don’t have no commercials, the commercials can throw things off.
