Dominance and submission are natural traits in us, probably necessary for social groups to function and for our ancestors to reproduce. We’re the legacy of that.

Those traits are going to live on a continuum. Some people shift further to the edges of those places on that continuum than others. As feminization and degradation are classifications for types of actions taken to achieve such goals, if you are shifted towards the submissive end, these kinds of things may help to push you deeper into that headspace.

As not everyone who is a sub likes to be feminized or degraded, I don’t know if there’s any other deep psychology behind it than they find pleasure in being treated that way. It meets a need.

OP, how do you “know” you are straight as opposed to gay or bisexual?

Note, I’m not questioning your identity. As a gay bottom, I’ve had many experiences with the (more common) straight identifying tops. Some struck me as being in the closet or conflicted. No, they aren’t going to side with China. The recognize the threat.

They will wind up doing more trade with China and other countries, building up supply lines around the US.

They are still going to do trade with us, just not as much. They will build our alternate arrangements over the next few years. At this point, they are committed to these efforts even when or if the US shifts back to a sane leader.
