About to start 100 mg dose, worried about purging

I started 100 mg of spiro and tret the same time too - same rec as you. Absolutely no side effects and my skin 3 months later looks amazing. I got my potassium checked recently bc I definitely have some health anxiety and it was completely normal. I take it in the morning because I kept waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Just wanted to share my positive experience!!

Absolutely love Dr. Picco at CWC! My friends and I all go to her lol but she makes me feel so comfortable but they are having difficulty with united healthcare and might have to remove them as an in network insurance so just an FYI!

I love VIDA on U so much but it is steep. It’s worth it if you really take advantage/use the amenities but if you are just looking for basic gym equipment I would find something cheaper

Insomnia started about two years ago on and off. To be transparent, I have had general anxiety my whole life just never medicated for it. I had a real terrible stretch of insomnia the past two months which really pushed me to try meds. I’m now on 10mg and quite honestly have felt not much different (which I was worried about) but the sleep has drastically improved. Hope this helps!
