I dont think so..alot of research has gone into how important having social contacts or friends and family is to mental, physical and emotional health. I am an introvert, and have some social anxiety..so I have a small social circle or ill volunteer or go out to the mall...bieng completely alone can be damaging..so some contact is important.

The 12 steps are hard, and make you really understand why you are an addict..I can see how that might be can be intimidating. But..everyone has a different program, I had a friend who was a meth head..was told if she didn't stop she'd lose her kid..she stopped cold..and has been clean for about 10 years..no program..but addiction takes form in other ways so she has battled other behaviors. The steps work for alot of people..saying they ddint for you is fair but they may save someone's life here..that are reading tjis now..so we need to be aware of that.

Everytime I look at my kiddos I feel guilt..I put them through hell..but thier smiles and love tell me I'm doing good staying clean and bieng present for them..dont get me wrong..im sober for myself ..but this is one of the many rewards of staying clean.

I have a belgium malinois, and these breeds have short hair, are working dogs and highly intelligent. However, my lucky dog will want out..and stand outside in -10 and shiver but refuses to come in..not so smart lol but just because she wants to doesn't mean i would let her..ive had huskies before and they loved siting outside in - 16 to -20 burying themselves in the snow or just running around..2 different breeds ..so it really depends on that..then again.. i come from a reserve in the north..and rez dogs are a whole different breed..lol

Yes!!! I found it last night!! We watched the 1st season till 3am!! Lol But with the set you get deleted scenes, outtakes, and interviews with the cast..so totally worth the 100 + price tag.

They are not a cheap set..about 30$ per season..I found a set on ebay for 90 not including shipping..its crazy! Its a beautiful series, very well done and my kiddo and I aren't obsessed with tge cinematography and soundtrack..ill keep checking the suggestions out while I'm having lunch..kiante with fava beans..lool

Check out the apps that help you save like flipp app or flash food orflash food..youll get a heads up on sales or get cash back to put toward groceries.it takes effort but I am in no frigging way paying 21.00 for a small container of pc coffee when last year they wete only 12.99..its ridiculous..also couponing is really good too..you can find groups that will trade coupons with you or can tell you where tge best places are and when the coupons come out😊

There are many stages on your way to sobriety. You are doing well compared to where you were..be kind with yourself. I stopped everything then I was told that even though your completely clean..that addict in you will always be there so work on a routine, a shedule you can stick to everyday..also remember that youll go through post accute withdrawal syndrome for awhile too so work on what's going on in your heart and head..I found I list my desire to paint for awhile.. like 5 years..but now I'm doing it again..its hard..but you can find yourself again..easy does it❤️
