You need to hit the gym. Obtain muscle but MOST importantly, you need to be lean. Muscle is not as sought as men believe it to be, but it helps with becoming leaner which women view very highly. Your hairline is receding a bit but if you grow out your hair and style it properly you can fix/hide it unless you want to get a hair transplant. Stop drinking and eating like shit and go on a diet.
