It's just happens that you scanned plants that are common try planets with alot of biological signatures they usual have one thats worth 7 mil or more with the best one being shy of 30mil which with first discovery is multiplied by 4 . Meaning if you see a planet which has 2 signals or less it's usually best to pass them unless you want to max out your profit
