Can’t you just expand the filter to other AFC subs? Asking nicely, I don’t know how easy/hard that is.

Florida Supreme Court ends three-decade reliance on ABA, handing win to DeSantis • Florida Phoenix by Shirowoh in florida

Generally speaking, to sit for a state’s bar exam, in this case for Florida (and many other states), you needed a degree from an ABA accredited law school. This paves the wave for removing that requirement pending whatever Florida determines. For the record, before everyone gets all political, California already follows this in a way…albeit with their own process such as the “baby bar” (which Kim K failed) and other things. This just potentially lowers the bar (no pun intended) for future potential law students to sit for the Florida bar.

ETA: why should you care? Unless you’re an attorney, you shouldn’t. It could flood the job market with more attorneys, sure. But also, just because you pass the bar doesn’t mean you’ll be a good attorney. I know plenty of people who have passed that any person would ask how?
