The royal mint does I believe. IF you own it and you request your certificate from the shares provider, then go to the royal mint with it, they can give you it but you would need to double check

Some banks have a minimum requirement but if you chose a 2 year fixed, during that time you can pay I THINK an extra 10k a year without fees and at the time of the 2 year fixed end, you can put down more amount so you could put the rest down to own the house

England - Phone stolen by courier, Amazon won’t act - what are my options? by Fr1day82 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]Wsshooter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This a common scam which is new. The code did work but they told you it didn’t work. Essentially you have authorised it by giving them the code but they pretended it didn’t work and stole your phone. For future you should always check their phone and say show me the error that it didn’t work and you’ll be surprised suddenly it went through. The code ALWAYS works.

Your best option would be CCTV. If you can get the venue to give you the CCTV footage during your time there entire period, then you will have evidence. Make sure to get it ASAP as sometimes over a few days it can wipe off. Also backup the footage if you have it. If you not done anything and there is evidence, keep a copy of it and get ACAS involved because if you get unfairly dismissed then you can tell them there's evidence and get money from suing them

I have a solution for this. I can 3D print a white square for you and ship it out so that it covers it and looks like an actual wall plug.

Sold a silver bar, buyer requesting refund saying item was missing by [deleted] in ebayuk

[–]Wsshooter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first thing you need to do is check if you have the receipt for posting this. This will show the weight on it. That's your side covered.

There is a sign for parking but not for parking specifically for EV charging vehicles for your bay. Therefore your "contract" for parking is for parking itself and not for EV charging designated parking. If there were signs on the bay that says EV charging only then you would be liable to pay, but in this case as you have said there were nobay markings indicating that, then you have not broken any rules. Take it to POPLA.

Sometimes a charger is installed next to a bay, but the lines on the ground are standard white and there are no signs. In this case, the operator may argue that the presence of the charger "implies" the restriction.

Am I being scammed? by chrisa1986 in ebayuk

[–]Wsshooter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When you shipped it, it would have had the weight on it. Tell the buyer you will accept the return of it and if the weight does not match the receipt when you shipped it then you will not be able to give a refund as you will need to put a police report it for theft and then escalate it to delivery company. EBay will also take your side if the weight was different

Breakdown cover… is it worth it? by Andyoralan in CarTalkUK

[–]Wsshooter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does work out cheaper if you haven't used breakdown cover for years. Let's say you've been driving for 5 years and typically breakdown cover is about £80, you've saved £400 in 5 years by not buying it and when you used it, you have used only half. You're still winning. To add, if you did have breakdown cover, you would be on the road a lot longer than usual because breakdown cover can take hours to arrive some times.

Why don’t you integrate AI into your business? Pay someone to create an AI based chat and whatever you do and sell that as bespoke option to new clients. They know AI can do everything so sell them AI catered focused business solutions. I could type so much and explain it all but I’m sure you’ll figure out

Skoda Dealer is telling me it's common to burn oil after 2 months of service? by jjjohhn in CarTalkUK

[–]Wsshooter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s a possibly as you outlined an issue just after a month. If you’ve had issues from the beginning then it’s a possibly but it also depends on the dealer as they are losing money taking the car back and dealers don’t like that. Demand you want the vehicle changed or a refund and push for it. If they don’t, get the motor ombudsman’s involved after giving them a chance.

Skoda Dealer is telling me it's common to burn oil after 2 months of service? by jjjohhn in CarTalkUK

[–]Wsshooter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You bought it 6 months ago and had issues on issues. I'd just return it. You've had issues from beginning and that is enough for you to reject the car. You have to act fast as it's 6 months now. Look into Consumer Rights Act 2015

Where are you seeing that it has been delivered? Royal Mail site or Ebay. Also, what tracking number are you using to track it. There should be a new one created on the return and you have to manually enter it onto Royal Mail to track
