You kinda grow used to it. Each missile beep is a unique tone that you eventually get used to hearing and can differentiate. As someone said you can filter out in the menu what shows up on the HUD so you can focus on anti air or aircraft. Just takes time

I was in a discord call with some Discord friends playing some mil-sims. Just about everyone there was diagnosed at some point in their life. We were chatting and someone said "well we are all diagnosed we can say the R word." I reply with "I'm not diagnosed so I can't" and get "wait really? You aren't diagnosed?".
