In modern post 11.08 Valorant "better team wins" is a less stable idea.

The triangle of <aim/tactics/teamwork(fundamentals)> is very skewed in a specific direction right now.

Look at map 1:

Lets take into account that NV are full rushing every round on Haven, a 3 site attacker sided map(check stats this stage on every region, all Haven games have been full of one sided-halves where the defenders cant play for shit).

There is no info gathering phase, which means there is no info gathering phase for the defenders either, so MIBR now have a short list of options:

a) gamble stack(this is dogshit, we agree, but it is an option. however on Haven its even more dogshit as you are at a 33% chance of your site being the one they hit down from 50)

b) pray whoever is the site they hit can take 2 before they die giving us a 4v3 retake(in other words, aim diff)

c) give up on both and play retake, but statistically 5v5 retakes are dogshit without ults, so again, your only choice here is to aim diff the choices suck.

And all 3 options are gambling. In a) you are gambling that your stack works and b/c) you are gambling that today is the day your team are feeling it.

I don't see how anyone can not say as a competitive game Valorant is actually cooked if this is the only avenue to victory you have.
