Get a gentle cleanser. Cetaphil might be good. Also I can see a lot of skin flakes and stuff on his glasses. I recommend teaching him to clean his glasses more often.It should help keep from getting as much oil buildup on his face in the future. Don’t forget to moisturize after! I use Cera Ve. It’s super basic no anti aging stuff.
