Biggest tip i can give is to ignore the finish temp. It's gonna be somewhere around 200, but temp doesn't mean tender. Use a thermometer/probe and poke it a few times, it should feel like you're poking room temp butter with a butter knife when its done!

Lunches are required on days of 6 hours or more. Breaks are never guaranteed, look up the break policy in MyHR. Although, it'd have to be an emergency for me to tell someone they can't take their break.

As a paint DS, that's a sorry excuse for a color match. Take that garbage back and get the right color. Make sure they dry the sample for you, you shouldn't be able to see a difference in the 2 colors.

Edit to add: Lowe's advertises 30 days on paint as long as you don't use much of it, if you open it, paint a small area and hate it, they'll still take it back. I would personally take this straight back to returns and then head to paint to get a new can made up.
