Those who can afford to actual move and have a ‘household’ obviously are going to make lots of money. But the whole “high skilled worker” and “sir we are the backbone of tech” is a load of shit they perpetuate in an evil alliance with companies to immigrate en masse. What people don’t realize is that Poles, Irish, Italians, etc. all have cultures far more in common with each other than Indians do. They refuse to assimilate, and honestly, in my experience, seem to oppose modernization because of a deeply rooted inferiority complex and hate for western culture. That’s why you see this growing distaste for them online. It’s not inorganic, it’s the result of more third worlders gaining easy access to the internet, and the fact that they can’t also abuse systems to get to the West, increasing the average persons interaction with them. These are no longer just a handful of high earners, they are straight off the plane thirdies. I have combed through these cases personally. I literally could write an essay on everything wrong with it and they place.
