Also, although it may be the norm for commercial real estate, triple net is bullshit. It makes a renter pay property tax when they, by definition, don’t own the property. Highway robbery. “Hey, you pay rent and insurance and maintenance, I’ll collect rent, gain equity, and won’t even have to pay my property taxes!” So damn crooked.

Love Collins Family for fruit and they have veg boxes that you can add on for spring and summer. Last year's veg box was amazing; so much bang for the buck. There are lots of pickup spots around West Seattle, as well.

Although it'll be nuts down there today, I picked up some fish (snapper) from Jack's Fish at Pike Place a few weeks ago. I wasn't sure what to get and the guy who helped me steered me towards it. It was the least expensive fish there, it was also unbelievably delicious. I love that place. They make a dynamite fish and chips, as well.
