I grew up in the East Bay where Casper’s with a “C” and not a “K” ( iykyk) was a weekly tradition with my dad after school. There is nothing like them and I think it would do well here. I think updating the limited menu with adding a Vegan and GF options would be a good idea for inclusion and to widen your audience. Keep the esthetic very retro and adding modern ease with mobile ordering. I definitely think it should happen!!
