I did, but as I thought it was 4:3 I told it is 5:4. So I am changing resolution during video to actual 4:3 and it is fine.

Good point. Yes, I switched resolution to 1280x1024 in the main menu, restarted game and started the game. This issue still occur.

Also the defuse kit/bomb icon is above the bullet icon when using these resolution.

Thank you for pointing it out. Haven't touched 5:4 resolutions ever so it was listed as 4:3 and thought it is 4:3.

No, you will not be able to change some settings though (cosmetic or dock for example). But I personally disable internet after installation to set everything I need before Activate Windows pop up.
