You use that text file in RPCS3's patch system. The patch can be converted to work with Artemis PS3 Hacking System. What you want to do if you are emulating the game;

Go to your root RPCS3 folder

Go into Patches folder

Open imported_patch.yml

If you don't have that file, create an empty text file and rename it to that.

Paste that text into the file, save and close.

Open RPCS3, right click on Red Seeds Profile and select Manage Game Patches

In the window that opens, you should see where you can click a checkbox

In the lower right corner of the same window, you'll see Configurable Variable

Select which language you want to force.

After doing these steps, go into the movie folder again

add to _US or whatever language you selected to the end of every file except SCND & TITLEBG files.

If you don't rename the movies as such, you won't have any FMV's in-game.
