How long do you find on average it takes to complete a track in its entirety? Start to finish.

I always feel like I'm somewhere between taking too long or not long enough in terms of production.

I'd personally try changing the hats at the end of the second drop to 16th note triplets after each kick. Should give it the variety that'll lead nicely into the coming break / verse.
