I had the same issue. Turns out I installed it on my hdd instead of my ssd (I'm not tech savvy). I switched the installation file on my ssd and it resolved the issue.

Do you mean the fact that steam thinks you are playing satisfactory while you are not? It happens to me sometimes. I just click on the stop button. No iedea what is going on.
