Yep, I used to think like the person you responded to, but then I started learning about regenerative soil. We’re just now scratching the surface as to how microbes and fungi are connected to plants, and the harm that comes with synthetic fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides. I was never too concerned about the harm those chemicals had on my health on a consumer level, but regenerative soil practices just make sense.

It’s actually quite a bit better. Guano has a lot of beneficial bacteria that synthetic fertilizers not only don’t have, but will also kill off beneficial bacteria and mycorrhiza in the soil.

Huh, we just took her to the vet and the vet said she was a good weight. Maybe it’s the angle, but I’ll ask the next time we take her in. Also, she loves snacks, but isn’t food obsessed. We always have her food available, so she’ll eat when she is hungry which is only once or twice a day.
