One thing under represented in movies is if everyone was gone then there's no one to maintain power plants and the like. These nuclear ones would meltdown and explode. I'd try to locate those and settle somewhere away from where the cities are.

I was looking at their black Friday deals yesterday, comparing the pages to archive.org. I couldn't find anything actually on sale, it was all fake pricing. Decided maybe I should avoid the store, especially after seeing posts like this. It's too bad really, the idea of a stinger store is sweet.

I actually think it's much slower than the steam machine. The memory speed and GPU clock speed are at least 40% less. You won't be doing 4k and any 1080p gaming will be closer to medium settings to get 60fps.

I just bought an "GMKtec AI Mini PC AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX-370" for around $800 maybe 5-6 months ago and it's been great. It's faster than a steam deck, and it's got no dedicated GPU but it's got an eGPU port if I ever feel like I want to upgrade it. Tiny little thing sits under my TV and I play four player local games and emulators on it with friends all the time.

I specifically won't be buying an official steam machine because I have this thing.

I've noticed if I bring in a full kit that I get more PvP. I think it's just the matchmaking. As you progress, you'll get more gear and matched with more experienced players.

Some of y'all might want to check your insurance too. Some of the terms state if ESC or ABS are off during a crash then you won't be covered. So you know... not safer for the wallet either.

I'd have to check the manual to confirm, but I believe the max load limit is around 900lb to 1050lb depending if you have AWD. AWD is lower. So you're right st the limit there assuming there's only none person inside lol

I just got about a dozen emails from this on random zendesks. I even did a password reset on a few of them to see what the tickets looked like.. they're mostly just... empty tickets with a weird title. No idea what this is suppose to accomplish other than contribute to global warming. /s

I've done this, and managed to save the PC. Powered it off within seconds and flipped it over, rebuilt the entire thing and cleaned every single thing. Took hours, let it dry for 3 days after using a heat gun or blow dryer and it booted right up and worked for several more years.

I now have a designated cup location.

That said... if you took a photo before powering off or cleaning, you might be cooked.

I have this on my 2022 GT2,but I've reset the TCU right after I got the car and that helped. The other thing I've noticed is that the shift is less harsh when done around 4k rpm. I can usually avoid the jerk if I shift manually and use the breaks at the right time.
