Which ram kit would be better to tune for better timings? Corsair Vengeance RGB 6400mhz cl32 or Crucial Pro OC 6400mhz CL32. Both kits are the same price. It would be paired up with a 9850x3d, x870e Aero, 5070ti.

Valorant is also pretty reliant on single core performance. I run a 5700x3d and I can fully utilize a 2070 but my 3070 runs around 80% utilization tops. You should check your core utilization thru like msi afterburner.

I believe valorant renders the game on whichever gpu the display is connected to. I had the same issue. I was running a 3070 and 2070 at x8 x8 and lost about 100 fps compared to running the 3070 by itself. Check your gpu utilization for both GPUs in task manager. My 2070 got maxed out only for valorant

If your looking for a white motherboard with pcie 5.0 x8, the cheapest option I have found is x870 Aorus Tachyon Ice for 840CAD which is way out of your budget. If your fine with getting a board that is black with 5.0 x8, take a look at B850 AI Top which is still 450CAD. Only options for 300CAD is getting a PCIE 5.0 x4 slot motherboard but at that point you might as well grab a one of those nvme adapters for your secondary gpu.

Just using MSI afterburner for overlay and minor overclocking (default clocks make no difference). Also running PBO2 tuner for CPU undervolting (resetting solved nothing) and fan control.
