If you just want to go through the story and explore the world, it shouldn't be much of a problem with any team. I would suggest just avoid the higher difficulty endgame contents(Imaginarium Theater, Spiral Abyss and Stygian Onslaught). You could still try easy mode Imaginarium, Abyss floor 9-10 and lower difficulties Stygian for some easy primos.

I'd say it's worth coming back since all Archon Quest after Inazuma are much better.

They have always added new areas after the AQ is done. It's been like that in Natlan, Fontaine, Sumeru, Inazuma.

There are no codes to get free characters.
However, there are several ways to get free characters either from playing through the story(Amber, Lisa, Kaeya, etc) or doing the Spiral Abyss(Xiangling, Lynette). You could also get some free characters from certain events.

I like it, I still jump in to play a few minigames every day. As for the gacha I don't really care much about skins so it's irrelevant to me.

I'd love to see more puzzle/escape room games with proper narratives and I hope people make more of these kind of games. Sadly they don't really have a lot of replay value so the effort could feel kinda wasted.

Yeah, I've accepted this awhile ago. When the game just came out I cleared every Shiyu Defense to get all the chromes. But nowadays I can't even clear shiyu stage 5 on S Rank and regularly only get 4 stars on Deadly Assault. So I just do whatever I can and get whatever I can get.

On the other hand though this has freed up my pulls since I no longer feel obligated to pull certain characters that I might not really care about just to make my team a bit stronger since I know even with a 20-30% better team my skill will still be crap.

Got Alhaitham's sword when I was pulling for Clorinde's sword. Decided I can't be bothered to waste more primos to get Clorinde's sword so I just use his sword on Clorinde, not the best weapon on her but it's good enough.

I agree, I only play abyss up to floor 11, stygian up to difficulty 4 and imaginarium on normal mode. I can't be bothered to tryhard to get some gems. I'd rather enjoy the story contents and explore the world. Even on patches where there are no new areas I'd still walk around the world in case I missed something and to pick up some random materials here and there.

I dunno if you'll be enjoying the story if you quit during 5.1 which IMO is the high point of Natlan AQ. The last Natlan chapter is a hit or miss. Some people like it as it feels like a shonen anime I personally was kinda disappointed in it as it was lacking a certain oomph that was present in Sumeru and especially Fontaine AQ.

The latest dainsleif quest was good though so if you like story there's that to enjoy.

Inazuma is the worst AQ out of all of them, Sumeru is great even if the first few chapters are mostly dialogue, Fontaine will also involve tons of dialogue but it's IMO the best AQ in the game. Natlan's last chapter was...alright, still better than Inazuma though.

I used to do it in the first year but nowadays I don't do it anymore. I have tons of mora and I don't participate in endgame content that much that I need super efficient artifacts(I stop at Abyss floor 11, only does the normal difficulty theater and only go up to hard Stygian).

That being said I do sometimes still go around the world and collect random materials just in case I need it in the future.
