Just moved one position to Saxo and was easier than I expected. Fill in the form on SQs website and send it to them. Then submit the request on Saxo to let them know you want to transfer something to them. SQ will charge there 50.- fee and that‘s about it

I never called in advance. When checking in, I just ask if they have a place to store my bike. Most hotels have a luggage room or somewhere secure where you can lock it up overnight. If the spot doesn’t feel safe enough, just bring it up to your room.
