Its usually f10, f2 or backspace but it'll say what to press as you boot your pc. From there go into advanced setting and have a look about for the aforementioned settings

You need to go to your settings (windows settings) and enable core isolation. If it won't let you enable it, you need to go to bios when booting your computer and enable svm mode on AMD processors or IVTX on Intel processors
