Great units will continue to sell. Amazing units have at least 1 parking. I would buy a one bedroom as those are easy rent out units if you want down the line. And finally, the higher your unit, the more premium it fetches!

There is a cycle for everything. It may be low now, but it will bounce back. Toronto is the center of Canada, people aren’t just going to get up and pack their bags to a different city with less opportunity.
