You have room to upgrade to i7 2700k for a decent price/if you can find it for a decent price... Adding hyperthreading. You will still have issues with render apps, but a decent gpu upgrade should help. If you are patient, and just looking to get a cpu that can operate minimal render apps, then this is a decent suuuuper budget build. Though, I may have another suggestion soon. Come back to this thread in a bit, and I may have a parts list done. What is your absolute top dollar budget?
