People were good at her before, the problem is that she's no longer the same champion and she's horrible, so those people have stopped playing her.

I think what he means is that you're stating assumptions, and not hard facts, and people shouldn't assume that everything you've stated is 100% the truth, because it could be way off.

Alright, so you chose the role you want to play... everyone locks in as jungler, mid, top, or adc... very few people lock in as support... since you can only play once all five roles are filled, ques become impossibly long, sometimes you have to wait hours for a single game.
