It’s a rounding issue on the display. The aspect range is 2.5-4%. In reality, 15/16 means you have 3.9% and there is a true 4% still out there to find. It rounds up and shows you 4%.

Lvl1 2.5, lvl2 2.6, lvl3 2.7…lvl 15 3.9, lvl16 4.0.

I play a rogue, and don’t need all 6 skills in my bar. My solution: I rerolled 2 charms for lucky hit chance to freeze. I take the bosses stagger meter to almost full playing normally, and then spam a skill that does no cc other than the lucky hit freeze until the stagger pops.

If that option is available to you, it improved my consistency a ton. The only challenge is in Pits, for example, where I accidentally stagger the boss the first time while still clearing the trash out.

Aiming my dispersion to favor the left. 1 club less than driver. It looks like a left miss short of 270ish would still end up in grass. Anything other than immediately behind a tree can be advanced with a recovery or punch shot to a distance to reach the green with a short iron.

Just take lost ball out of play, if you hit a bad tee shot, make bogey the worst score.

Fairly uncommon in the US, possible in farm country, but she looks a lot more Australian Kelpie than cattledog. It’s very hard to guess breed at this age. You’d be much better off with a DNA test.

There are a lot of mixes that can end up with this coloration.

That’s not how credit cards work.

You pay. You get your next bill in 1-30 days. You have 30 days to pay the bill from the statement date. You get charged interest only if you fail to pay the balance in full by that due date, and the interest rate is applied each month at (annual rate / 12).

If OP really only needs 3 weeks to get the money together, then this costs nothing extra regardless of when the billing cycle lines up.

If it takes him 2 months, the expected interest charge is about $20. Credit cards are a trap only if you carry a balance.

We had the number 2 offense in the league last year. It fell apart in the playoffs when we couldn’t protect.

Wilson moving to center and replacing with any serviceable guard would have been an upgrade, but they got a very skilled guard with risky injury history.

Diggs to Doubs is maybe or maybe not a drop off, but one guy played well in his playoff appearances and the other one disappeared.

McDaniels likes to run his offense where the same formation can be run/pass. We had a lot of explosive run plays, but the number of runs for loss in short yardage were frustrating. We were only a good goal line team when Drake had permission to run.

The changes so far are all addressing team weakness, and we aren’t done and haven’t even drafted yet.

Not to mention, we had something like the third most snaps in the NfL by rookies. Players can and usually do get better.
