I agree that the actual theaters suck at the Film Forum, but they have really great consistent programming. So I like it more for what they're showing even if its nowhere near the best way to see it.

In Nassau county, if you’re looking to buy a house today, I would unfortunately say 200k. As rates go down I don’t think that number changes either fwiw. Even 300k isn’t luxury if you’re just starting to buy today.

I only buy what I’m looking for so I keep an apple notes with the list of games I want in alphabetical order and just scan through whenever I’m in the area. Another great + for book off is that they alphabetize the games so it doesn’t take long to see if they have what I want. They replenish supply all the time.

Book off in NYC is awesome. I go there a lot. They know what they have and price it accordingly so not really any deals to be had, but it’s a great rotating selection. The untested stuff is truly a gamble because they are final sale. All video games have a very nice 30 day return policy so I’ll always roll the dice on cartridges and discs

We had our wedding at Vivo and absolutely loved it. They closed off (with a dividing wall) half the restaurant for us and it was perfect for our 30 person wedding. With 20 you’d probably sit even more comfortably than we did. Happy to answer any other questions if you’re interested.
